UNDERSTANDING "EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS"
As part of your Health and Social care apprenticeship, you will be asked to complete the Level 2 award in "Employment responsibilities and rights in health, social care and children and young people's settings" You will complete the Level 2 award whether you are completing a level 2 or level 3 apprenticeship.
In completing this award you will learn about your statutory rights and responsibilities of both yourself and your employer, the procedures in your workplace which protect your relationship with your employer, sources of advice, your work role, career pathway, representative bodies and their relevance, where to get information and advice, your workplaces principles and code of practice and areas of public concern which affect your organisation and industry.
This package contains a selection of answers and information which will help you to complete this award. I have also added free of charge the City and Guilds essential guide to employment rights and responsibilities.
