The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social care is aimed at Registered managers, Managers, Deputy managers, Senior care/support workers/supervisors, Co-ordinators and team leaders. It meets the requirements for learners who work in health and social care and children and young people's services including: Residential services for older people, people with disabilities, Young adults, Children and young people, domiciliary care services, day services, respite services, community based services and adoption and fostering services.
